Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration is now open for the 4^th World Tinnitus Congress (WTC) and XV International Tinnitus Seminar (ITS), taking place in London from 30 June to 2 July 2027.

All delegates should complete this form to register for WTC/ITS 2027, whether they are attending the Congress only or also wish to submit an abstract for presentation. The form will allow you to indicate whether or not you wish to submit an abstract.

We encourage delegates to register early, not only to benefit from the Early Bird rates, but also because places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Fees

¹ Student Fee: Available to undergraduate and postgraduate students, including PhD students. Valid proof of current student status must be uploaded at the time of registration.

What Your Registration Includes

The registration fee provides access to all WTC/ITS 2027 scientific sessions and lectures across all three days of the Congress (30 June–2 July 2027).

Please note that food and drinks are not included. Delegates are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own meals and refreshments, travel and accommodation.

Abstract submission deadline: 31 January 2027. Abstract decisions will be communicated by 28 February 2027.

Please note: Online registration closes on 21 June 2027. On-site registration and payment will not be available; all registrations and payments must be completed online in advance.
